Building the trust
infrastructure layer for
regulated tech.
StackWeaver was founded to make compliance a continuous engineering capability — not a document produced under audit pressure.
Oluwafemi Ofobutu is a trust infrastructure engineer, compliance strategist, and entrepreneur focused on one question:
**How should regulated technology companies prove trust in an era where software, AI, and regulation evolve faster than audits?**
His work sits at the intersection of engineering, quality assurance, security, governance, and compliance. Rather than treating compliance as documentation produced at the end of a project, he advocates engineering systems that generate verifiable evidence continuously throughout the software lifecycle.
That philosophy became **StackWeaver**.
Under his leadership, StackWeaver introduced **Trust Infrastructure** as a distinct category for regulated technology companies, alongside foundational frameworks including the **Trust Engineering Operating Model (TEOM)**, the **Trust Engineering Maturity Model (TEMM)**, **Evidence Architecture**, and **Evidence-Native Systems**—a body of work designed to help organizations make trust measurable, repeatable, and operational.
Before founding StackWeaver, Oluwafemi built experience across software quality engineering, information security, ESG, cloud infrastructure, and technology operations. Those disciplines now converge into a single mission: helping regulated businesses move faster without compromising trust.
His research and writing focus on compliance engineering, continuous evidence generation, AI governance, operational trust, and the future of regulation across Africa.
The problem is
structural.
Startups can lose funding rounds to compliance gaps that were avoidable. Traditional consultancies quote long timelines while the market ships weekly. Automated platforms can reject non-standard infrastructure before the conversation starts. Engineering teams often carry QA and compliance as separate budget lines that never talk to each other.
Our answer:
fusion.
StackWeaver delivers compliance preparation and vertical-specific QA engineering as a single fused program. QA evidence auto-populates SOC 2 controls in real time. One team. One evidence trail. One outcome: evidence your auditor can review, produced while you ship.

How we operate.
Founder-led.
Every engagement is led by the founder, Oluwafemi Ofobutu, and scoped in a Statement of Work before work starts.
Fused by design.
QA and compliance run as one integrated program. Evidence from QA test runs populates your SOC 2 control library in real time. No siloed teams. No duplicate work. One evidence trail that satisfies your engineering backlog and your auditor simultaneously.
Remote-first.
We work remotely from Lagos and fit around your time zone, communication stack and deadlines.
Proof before claims.
Every engagement produces documented, verifiable outcomes. No timeline claims without client-validated evidence. We publish what actually happened — including when it took longer than projected and exactly why.
What drives us.
No guesswork. Every gap we find is written down, with the evidence that would close it.
Every test, bug and report visible in real time.
Long-term partnerships. Your audit success is ours.
Deploy compliance infrastructure faster than the competition expects.
